Why is the feeding technique after the dosing unit so important?

After dosing, the feeding method determines whether the substrate is reliably delivered to the digester. Errors in this process step often lead to blockages, uneven feeding, and reduced performance of the biogas plant.

Direct-injection systems are optimally designed for corn silage in standard operation, but can also operate reliably with more challenging substrates.

Suitable substrates include, among others:

Thanks to their robust construction and powerful drives, even high-fiber materials can be conveyed reliably. The technology is designed exclusively for solid feed—pure liquid systems (e.g., liquid manure) are not within its scope of application.
