The history of PRÄZI began in 1904 in Remscheid with the founding of Patent-Spiralbohrerfabrik Engels & Rocholl GmbH. What began as the manufacture of twist drills evolved over the decades into a company with a steadily growing product range, new locations, and an international focus.
A decisive step followed in 1955 with the arrival of Günther Claas. In the early 1960s, the focus shifted increasingly to precision flat steel and guide rails. The establishment of the plant in Everswinkel in 1962 and the subsequent relocation of the company’s headquarters there laid the foundation for PRÄZI’s further development.
Today, PRÄZI GROUP , with its five locations, stands for extensive experience, technical expertise, and the continuous development of products and solutions for a wide variety of industrial applications.
