GTC

The most important facts in brief:

Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all business relationships with our customers. They apply exclusively to entrepreneurs, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law.

Order & conclusion of contract
Our offers are non-binding. A contract is only concluded upon our written confirmation or delivery of the goods. For custom-made products, the delivery quantity may vary by up to 10%.

Delivery & transfer of risk
Delivery is ex warehouse. The risk for the goods is transferred to the customer or the transport service provider upon handover. In the event of delays in delivery due to unforeseeable circumstances, we shall inform the customer immediately of a new delivery deadline.

Prices & payment
All prices are subject to statutory VAT. The invoice amount is due within 14 days of invoicing. Default interest may be charged in the event of late payment. In certain cases, we reserve the right to deliver only against advance payment.

Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. Further processing or resale is only permitted under certain conditions.

Warranty & Liability
Defects must be reported immediately, at the latest within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. We shall, at our discretion, repair or replace the goods. Our liability is limited to gross negligence and intent.

Export & property rights
The customer is obliged to comply with export regulations and to ensure that no third-party property rights are infringed.

Place of jurisdiction & law
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Everswinkel if the customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law.
